I am not interpreting anything, a doubling curve is greatly front loaded.

Consider this, doubling the CO2 level from 280 ppm to 560 ppm, is supposed to create an energy imbalance
at the top of the atmosphere of 3.71 Wm-2, so lets compare the first 100 ppm to the last 100 ppm?

3.71/ln(2)= 5.35,
so 5.35 X ln(380/280)= 1.63 Wm-2
and 5.35 X ln(560/460)=1.05 Wm-2

There is not a lot of interpreting required to see that the first 100 ppm has a greater effect than the last 100 ppm.
